Low Inventory in Gwinnett County......Scary Low Actually!

If you're looking to purchase a home in Gwinnett County, your search is taking a lot longer than it used to!

Why? Because inventory is at the lowest level we've seen in the last 10 years in the Atlanta Metro area. Foreclosures are down significantly and more people are getting loan modifications and staying in their homes. Investors are also taking a huge bite and buying up lower price point homes for rentals. Take a look at the difference in active listings from January 2012 and the same month in 2013.

Yes, you read it right....a 44% drop in one year. Now combine that with interest rates still at all time lows and you've got a HIGH NEED FOR MORE INVENTORY!

So if you've been thinking about selling your home, now is the time!

Most properly priced homes today are getting multiple offers. Some are selling for more than list price....as long as it will appraise. I need some homes to sell! Call me today if you'd like to find out where you stand in this market. No pressure, no gimmicks and no money up front to sell your home. I get paid when i've done my job!
